🇺🇸 United States (TSA)
Small consumer magnets: fine. Strong magnets (e.g. rare earth, MRI-grade) are restricted — magnetic field must measure under 0.00525 gauss at 15 ft, or you need special airline approval.
🇪🇺 European Union (EASA)
Weak fridge / souvenir magnets OK in both. Strong neodymium / industrial magnets banned (interfere with aircraft instruments).
🇬🇧 United Kingdom (CAA)
Weak souvenir magnets OK. Strong / industrial banned.
🌎 Latin America
Weak souvenir magnets OK. Strong / industrial banned.
🌏 Asia (ICAO / IATA baseline)
